NASR provides IT and office relocation support across Belgium. The locations, access requirements, travel arrangements and practical scope are reviewed for each proposed assignment before scheduling is confirmed.

Depending on the agreed scope, an assignment may include planning and preparation, inventory and equipment tracking, labelling, workstation identification, careful transport, disconnection and reconnection support, placement at destination positions, basic testing where agreed, and organised handover. The exact responsibilities are discussed and confirmed before work begins.

We can support the transport of business IT and workplace equipment such as desktop computers, monitors, docking stations, peripherals, telephony equipment, meeting-room technology and other office IT hardware. Equipment quantities, dimensions, handling requirements and any specialist items should be discussed during the initial assessment.

Yes, disconnection and reconnection support may be included within the agreed scope. The required activities, technical responsibilities and testing expectations are clarified in advance. Basic functional checks can be performed where agreed, but specialist configuration, data-centre migration or third-party system support is not automatically included.

Yes. Depending on the assignment, scheduling and availability, relocation activities may take place during evenings, weekends or public holidays, as well as during regular business hours. The preferred working window is discussed during the initial assessment and confirmed before execution.

We use structured preparation, clear responsibilities, inventory and labelling, agreed relocation sequences and coordination with the customer’s relevant IT, facilities or project contacts. Where appropriate, preparation can take place during regular hours while physical relocation and reconnection activities are scheduled for a less disruptive period. Although no relocation can guarantee zero downtime, careful planning helps reduce avoidable disruption.

The process normally begins with an initial consultation, followed by an assessment of the equipment, locations, access arrangements and required services. We then agree the scope and relocation plan, prepare and label equipment, carry out the agreed relocation and installation activities, and complete basic verification and an organised handover where included.

Please provide the current and destination locations, approximate number and types of workstations or equipment items, preferred dates and working hours, required services, access or loading restrictions, building requirements and any relevant technical or operational considerations. Photographs, equipment lists or floor plans may also be helpful where available.

Urgent assignments can be discussed, but acceptance depends on the required scope, locations, preparation time, resources, scheduling and availability. Providing complete information as early as possible allows us to assess what can be arranged safely and realistically.

Collection of redundant IT and office equipment may be included where agreed. Please identify the equipment, approximate quantities, location and intended destination or processing requirements. Recycling, certified data destruction or specialist disposal services are only included when expressly arranged and confirmed within the agreed scope.

Please identify a primary customer contact and provide accurate location, equipment, access and scheduling information. Where applicable, confirm building access, parking or loading arrangements, destination positions, internal responsibilities, floor plans and any special handling requirements. Employees should save their work, follow internal IT instructions and remove personal or confidential items before equipment is prepared for relocation.
